Under the Online and Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the return postage of these items. Bespoke orders and perishable goods are excluded from these regulations and cannot be returned unless faulty. Other exceptions are goods and services worth £42 or less.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. To cancel, please email email@example.com quoting your order reference. We will refund your monies if paid as soon as possible. Bespoke orders are excluded from these regulations.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty.
Sugar Society reserves the right to terminate your subscription box without prior notice or given reason.
In a case that you receive faulty, damaged or defective goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue and we will get back to you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We may ask you to post the item back for us to examine in order for us to resolve the issue. You would be liable for the return postage cost. If we are unable to replace the item, we will offer you a refund. We hereby exclude liability for any consequential loss.
For any returns, you would be liable for the postage costs.
